  1. Forming
    1. Any forming on lead pin must be done before soldering. Not during or after soldering.

  2. Cleaning
    1. It is recommended that isopropyl alcohol be used as a solvent for cleaning the LED device when using other solvents, it should be confirmed beforehand whether the solvents will dissolve the resin or not .
    2. Do not clean the LED component by the ultrasonic. When it is absolutely necessary, the influence of ultrasonic cleaning on the LED diodes depends on factors such as ultrasonic power and the assembled condition. Before cleaning, a pre-test should be done to confirm whether any damage to the LEDs will occur.
  3. Soldering
    1. Pin hole pitch on PCB must match lead pin pitch so as not to cause any stress on lead wires.
    2. No heated, can be applied to lead pins when they are heated. Otherwise disconnection may occur.
    3. Three minutes are necessary for low power led diodes to cool down to normal room temperature.
  4. Static Electricity

    1. Please consider the heat generation of the LED when making the system design. The coefficient of the temperature increase per input electric power on the board, as well as other components.     2. The operating current should be decided after considering the ambient maximum temperature of LEDs.
  6. Storage
    1. The LEDs should be stored at 30°or less and 70% RH or less after being shipped from sunlight and the storage life limits are 3 months. If the LEDs are stored for 3 months or more. They can be stored for a year in a sealed container with a nitrogen atmosphere and moisture absorbent material.
    2. Please avoid conditions which may cause the LED to corrode. Tarnish or discolor. This corrosion or discoloration may cause difficulty soldering operations. It is recommended that the LED optical light source be used as soon as possible.

    1. Care must be taken to ensure that reverse voltage will not exceed the absolute maximum rating when using the LEDs with matrix drive.
